Roy E. Baldwin is a former Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
Baldwin earned a degree from Cornell University.[3] He served as Township Supervisor of Manheim Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania for eight years.[3] He was first elected to represent the 97th legislative district in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in the 2002 election when he defeated upset Republican incumbent Jere L. Strittmatter in the Republican primary.[4][5][6]
